Our Mission
YESUSA Transformational Cities exists to collaborate with organizations and community members to bring hope, encouragement, values, and life readiness skills to Norfolk's students, families, teachers, and the community that yield transformational cities. We focus on underserved schools in Norfolk, VA through a broad Character Development Curriculum. Our vision is to see the “School to Prison Pipeline” dismantled.

Our strategy is real simple . . . If we can serve a campus, we can serve a community . . . If we can serve a community, we can serve a city . . . If we can serve a city, we can serve a nation . . . If we can serve our nation, we can serve the other 195 nations. How do we do it? We serve the indigenous leadership that is present to mobilize their dream, vision and ideas.
